• Service confirmation is valid only after advance payment or written confirmation.
• Any changes in pickup date, delivery date, or inventory must be informed in advance.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All charges are estimated based on the information provided by the customer.
• Final charges may vary if the volume, weight, or service scope changes.
• Additional services such as extra packing, stairs carry, waiting time, or special handling may incur extra charges.
• Full payment must be cleared before or at the time of delivery unless otherwise agreed.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• The customer must provide accurate details of goods, addresses, and contact information.
• All valuable items (cash, jewelry, important documents) must be carried personally.
• Any prohibited, illegal, or hazardous items must not be included in the shipment.

5. Prohibited Items

APM Packers Movers does not transport hazardous, illegal, flammable, or perishable items, including but not limited to:

• Explosives, chemicals, or inflammable materials
• Alcohol, drugs, or illegal substances
• Perishable food items
• Cash, jewelry, securities, or important documents

6. Insurance & Liability

• Insurance coverage is optional and provided upon request at an additional cost.
• In case of damage or loss, liability is limited as per the insurance policy terms.
• Without insurance, APM Packers Movers’ liability shall be limited and subject to company assessment.

7. Delay & Force Majeure

APM Packers Movers shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in service due to circumstances beyond our control, including traffic conditions, weather, strikes, government regulations, natural disasters, or unforeseen events.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be informed in advance.
• Advance payments may be non-refundable depending on service stage.
• Refund decisions shall be at the sole discretion of APM Packers Movers.

9. Claims & Complaints

• Any claims for damage or loss must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
• Claims submitted after the specified period may not be considered.
• Supporting photographs and documents may be required.

11. Limitation of Liability
